THE COMBAT SPORTS DIARY COULD BE THE MISSING LINK IN YOUR TRAINING!

The Combat Sport Diary is an invaluable training tool.
Besides bringing a level of personal accountability for
one's training, it also provides structure to planning your
training routine(s). The organisation of the diary really
ensures that you train logically, especially for technique
and skills work. It allows you to build your theory/game/
gameplan, and then plan the work that goes toward your
chosen ends. Victory favors the prepared. Prepare well

    - Brian Ebersole, Professional Mixed Martial Artist. USA.

"The preparation for my fights has become much more
effective and accurate. I no longer have to remember everything
that I did or ate in the lead up to my last fight, because its already
all written down. I think its so important to record what you learn
because its the only way to see if you are getting any better."

    G. Bird, Bjj/MMA. Perth.

My trainer actually put me onto the product, and I thought I’d give it a go.
I’ve always needed somewhere to write down things I’ve learnt.
Thanks for the speedy delivery. Will let you know how I get on with it.

    H. Frantelle,
    Taekwondo. Vic.

Great product guys! Ive been after a product for some time to record my
taekwondo training as well as my running. Now I can record both in the one place!
Its been a great tool to help me prepare for my upcoming tournaments.

P.Springs, Kyokushin Karate. Adelaide. I saw the ad in blitz mag and decided to start training karate again after a 4 year break.
Not only a good idea, but a great motivator for people like myself to get back into
    training after a long break.
